Publisher Account Manager Trainee

We are looking for a qualified workforce to join our Publisher/Traffic Operations Team as Trainee for our Berlin Headquarter. As a Trainee in Publisher Account Management you will help the publisher and traffic teams on a global scale to help and utilize the right traffic sources to help grow the already existing billions of impressions we serve daily. Working with clients on a globally you would identify partners that would utilize tab’s products to help partners with digital media advertising activities across multiple geos.


As the Publisher Account Manager Trainee you will:

  • The sourcing and set up of traffic sources
  • Manage TAB’s existing inventory yields by trafficking ad campaigns in our ad ecoystems, including DSP’s, Affiliates, Ad Marketplaces and assist in overseeing our demand inventory
  • Support the HQ publisher team in helping best segment and position the demand with supply sources
  • Analyze trends in traffic placements within our inventory sources by monitoring revenue, performance, and optimization metrics
  • Help with the preparation of sales presentations to help deliver our companies direct SDK integrations in to clients traffic sources
  • Understand digital media campaign setup, optimization, strategy and reporting framework to relay to internal teams
  • Navigate through large data sets utilizing pivot tables to analyze validating of leads through various advertising exchanges, networks and direct publisher traffic sources
  • Contribute to the knowledge transfer from sales leads to Product Marketing, Product Management or Sales teams, and executive staff
  • Assist with execution of trade shows by helping to coordinate the research, setup, and logistical activities for TAB America’s events

What you should have:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Initial experience in negotiating, relationship building and account management
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills preferably in two languages
  • PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
  • Strong analytic, quantitative and technical aptitude with great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, driven, flexible, adaptable and a team player
  • Above average social skills
