Business Development Account Manager

We are looking for a qualified Business Development Account Manager to join our Berlin Team. You love to coordinate, plan, and work with a smart, young, and international team? You are passionate and have a delightful personality? You communicate equally well with international leaders as well as internal service providers? Then this position might be just for you!

 

Responsibilities

  • Recognise opportunities, contact, negotiate and onboard new partners
  • Work to actively develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and manage the day to day relationships
  • Understand client objectives, analyze account performance, and provide strategic optimization recommendations to maximize account growth and retention
  • Assist in the launching of campaigns by various teams by communicating client expectations through key performance measurements, client needs, while identifying barriers and obstacles prior to campaign commencement
  • Collect and assist in the analyzation of reporting measurements, performance analysis, and forecasting to help facilitate optimal performance
  • Provide other teams with requested reports and partners’ feedback
  • Perform QA, testing links, and troubleshooting all technical issues with integration engineer or IT teams
  • Learn to resolve account issues pro-actively; work cross departmentally for issue resolution when needed
  • Conduct and report market research of competitors to identify market trends and new opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficient English, other languages are a plus
  • 2-3 years of professional experience working in Business Development or Account Management in the Ad Agency and Adtech/Mar-tech/Mobile Industry
  • Must have strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail & organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong social and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
